¡Me encanta la lluvia!

Es foto es muy guay por que en España, llueve siempre todo el tiempo. El caracol estaba en la calle, y casi me la piso. Se mezclada con marmol en la acera.

¡Primer semana en España!

¡Hola!

¡Me encantado España mucho! Los primeros días fueron muy difíciles. Se siente como cuando llegue a Madrid, todos mis habilidades para hablar español fue a la ventana. La primera aventura seria tomar un taxi. Mi y mis dos amigas trato de atrapar un taxi, pero nosotros tenemos bolsas de demasiados. Nosotros conjunto las bolsas y fuimos al taxi. El taxista nos llevo a la estación del sur por autobuses. Nos perdimos el autobús a mediodía, así que tomamos el autobús a las dos. Cinco horas más tarde, llegamos a Oviedo.

Con Rosa y yo, en la primera noche, conversación se limito. Ella me hizo la cena de huevos y pan. Yo tenía mucha hambre. Entonces me duchaba, y nosotros hablamos. La comunicación poco a poca ha ido mejorando. Hoy es primer día que yo hablo en oraciones completas.

Tuve clases en lunes, y martes fuimos con Rosa a la fiesta en el parque de San Francisco y por la ciudad. Hoy, tengo clases, es muy fácil a comprendo, me siento a punto yo no hablo muy bien. Yo pensó en mudarse de clases, pero voy a esperar unos días.

Yo no sé que a escribir mas. Me alegro do que mi capacidad para hablar español es cada vez mejor. ¡Me gusta esta idea do los blogs, yo solo espero poder mejorar en el!

First and last English post.

I head to Oviedo tomorrow. I cannot wait! I have been looking forward to doing this study abroad for a long time! I know that this will be the adventure of a lifetime and that I need to take advantage of being completely immersed in the culture. My ultimate goal coming out of this is to become a better Spanish speaker and I want to say that I will be fluent (or close to it) but I won't go that far yet. I also want to be more culturally well-rounded. I really love travel and look forward to it.

I am excited to see first hand what the Spanish culture is really like. I am excited to see the Spanish way of interacting and socializing. I hear they are very kind and real social butterflies! I know that Europe is completely different from the United States--I want to be more than a tourist while I am there. I want to learn some of the ins-and-outs of Spanish culture and such. I want to know what they do for fun (I'm particularly excited for the night life :) )

I've been reading up on the history of Spain--it sounds incredible! I am looking forward to the weekend excursions and want to learn all about the different things and locations that we will see.

Last, but certainly not least, I want to have fun! It's going to be a blast!

This is a record of my adventures I will be having this summer in Oviedo, Spain! I am so happy to finally be embarking on my trip. The majority of my posts will likely be in Spanish, but my English speaking friends can still have access to my normal blog. I hope you all enjoy!
